Not yet sir. I'm living/breathing board studies atm, but as soon as June 21st rolls around, I'm hoping to have weekends off again so I can finish it up :) I finally replied to your e-mail. Sorry I'm a flake, life is of the utmost cray cray.

Thanks bud! Anyone can do this stuff, just gotta get the right tools and take your time :) It's funny, I get quite a few comments on those spikes, and I purchased them for something totally different. Accidental success ftw! Lol Comptech. I had the center piece powder coated black, then...

Thanks dude! I didn't gain any strut tower clearance, but I needed to kit to dial my camber in. Out of the box, they don't fit though. I got them on eBay, do a search for Chassis Tech Accord and they'll pop up.

Thank you! When you're welding sheetmetal, you can't run a full bead or the metal will warp d/t to the extreme heat that a bead generates. To avoid warpage, the tack weld is placed and the metal is allowed to cool in-between tacks. Although I didn't post a final picture, before I...

^Not a chance! There is another spot on the back of the strut tower that may become a problem in the future, but for now, it's fine. I know those of you who have the stock UCA's also have a spot on the front of the tower that hits, so to be 100% effective in eliminating contact, you'd have to...

For sure, that's where I got the idea actually. I saw a custom 18 wheeler sporting 'em and I copped a set! Thanks duuuu. The hood closes, no way I'd take the time to build these and not think about the hood haha. I built these about as tall as you can get before they interfere with the hood...

Thanks man Thanks buddy. The spikes are big-rig lug covers. I picked them up for a different project, but they ended up not being what I thought they were, so they found their way onto my strut shafts, haha.

Thanks Chris! I spent a bunch of time racking my brain on how to design it so that I could follow the OEM lines around time tower. Hopefully it will look OEMish after I spend some time smoothing it out and filling it.

Thanks man. Just gotta teach yourself! It's no-brainer stuff. Thanks Nikita. As for the strength, I'll know for sure after I bodywork it, because if there is any flex, the filler will crack. But, I made damn sure it was bulletproof, so I don't expect there to be issue :) Thanks buddy!

This was a loooooooong overdue project, I finally had a day off to get crackin'. Didn't have time to bodywork it and get it into paint today, but you get the idea :) Say no to tower slap!!! Day two:

Try unplugging your knock sensor and taking it for a run. If your motor thinks it's knocking, it'll pull fuel and timing and prevent you from enjoying your car.

    car wont start,AEM EMS installed

Do you know if they set up your EMS for knock protection? The reason I ask is because it is super common for open-dump setups to trigger the knock sensor, then the ECU pulls fuel and timing inappropriately to protect against what it thinks is knock. Once you get your car running again, plug...

^Great find. That's a nice price for all three mounts. But yeah, If you call innovative, they will sell you the side mount separately.

Innovative Motor Mount: 98-00 side engine mount

Richard, like slowrider said, replacing just the side mount will destroy the front/rear mounts if you keep them OEM. Your best option would be to guy a new OEM side mount, then fill it with polyU. It will be 10x stronger, but still not overly stiff. Ideally, you would fill the front/rear as...

AEM EMS J35/6 Speed on the Dyno

So you're posting total lies up on Facebook, and rallying around your friends to come "jump me" now? This is a surprising low, even for you James, which is saying a lot. 1. My car was never NA, so therefore I never dyno'd NA, therefore I have no idea what my car would make NA, therefore...
