LOL. What the hell did you guys do to your stickers? Mine looks fine. :fail: Sorry guys, the last of the stickers were used to sticker-bomb Hooters and then the final one at Dennys, lol. I can see if the guy will make some with last year's design... I'm sure I can find the file somewhere...

    Dyno'ing *Photos/Video added* 7.26.12

Re: Dyno'ing for dummies You want to have the closest to 1:1, without it being an overdrive gear (less than 1:1). 2008 Accord Coupe 6-Speed Manual Transmission Gear Ratios: 1st: 3.933, 2nd: 2.478, 3rd: 1.700, 4th: 1.250, 5th: 0.976, 6th: 0.771, Reverse: 4.008, Final Drive: 3.550 Looks like...

    Calling acurazine members

Shahid, you should definitely join Azine and post it up in the NY/NJ Regional Section. I think people would be more willing to help out someone directly, instead of someone saying "I got a friend who needs you to help him..." When you post up the thread, I'll be glad to chime in and vouch for...

Disconnect the bracket that the endlinks attach to. So much easier. But yeah.... rent yourself a spring compressor from AutoZone. Makes it real easy...

    Buying new suspension Thursday

You know andysautosport.com has a terrible reputation and has ripped a lot of people off, delivered items WAY late, and sometimes they end up just refunding you money like 2 months later.... right? And secondly.... you can't just fix understeer/oversteer with spring rates. Not if you want...

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

It has nothing to do with HPDE/Autox experience, are you kidding me? :eh: It has nothing to do with ANY racing experience.... there's no excuse. It's always dangerous. Period.

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

Just simply driving on an open road 15mph over the speed limit is reckless? :eh: It is certainly a traffic violation.... but can't agree with it being reckless. Not until you throw in a bunch of other variables that could then possibly make it reckless. Things that have already been covered...

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

Who said anything about reckless driving, though? Also, like I said, if there's any doubt that there could be a car coming around a corner, or from a driveway, or any other scenario, you have to play it safe and assume that there IS a car up ahead.

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

I know you don't like to hear it Shawn, but.... I really do believe it has something to do with age. I thought a lot less about consequences and what I was doing when I was 17, too.

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

No, I don't think you do. lol It appears to me that we have a different stance on the majority of points that have been brought up.
  24. GoldnKnight22

Difference between spirited driving and street racing

Some of you have different definitions of "spirited" driving, as well. When would 80 in a 45 ever be okay? For those saying "I know what my car can handle," that's good that you do. And more importantly, you won't be coming close to those limits that you "know so well" if you want to remain...
