yeah vin breakdown will give you chassis code, engine, trans, what year and/or month it was built and where blah blah blah. my 6thgen was usa made :) cgX alone wont tell you the trans type. CG is the chassis code. number after cg will tell you coupe vs sedan and 4banger vs v6- nexTOme

your term, "ebay bulb" = different, higher K compare to oem (about 4300k/4500k), which is near 6000k.- nexTOme
