    For those who have recently swapped to the 5-speed, after verifying there is no air in the line, I would check your adjustment from the pedal to the MC, and verify the SC is extending far enough.

    It's more of a cumulative experience thing, and the rewards of experience don't come without some failures. Everyone has to start somewhere, I'm just a few failures ahead of most people. :thumbsup:

    All of my clutch failures (with the exception of one OE clutch that wore out) have been due to either the disc springs becoming dislodged or the disc actually separating from the hub altogether. I believe the XTD was subject to the former. But I have also heard the same about their stage 1 & 2...

    That's odd considering 6-puck clutch discs generally don't require break-in. I ran an XTD at one point. Don't recall exactly how that one ended, but that likely means I wasn't impressed with its performance.

    BIG UPDATE!! (Used Car Dealership Commercial Voice) Received my new parts from Honda, picked up the block, and dropped off the heads to the shop. On to the photos! Pretty much every seal, gasket and bolt from the throttle body to the oil pan. I LOVE seeing those little red and white tags...

    That is just the effect from having more torque at idle than the F23. (and probably a little more inertia from higher mass of the larger rotating assembly and maybe a heavy(ier) flywheel, or it could be as simple as having a higher idle too) That just means it takes more resistance to bog down...
