I have recently dropped an F20b with chipped p28 into my 2000 coupe and have a few issues that maybe u can help with. 1- Temp gauge. I tried wiring in the old stock ecu to run it but I can't get it to work. I was wondering if you had a detailed step-by-step way that I should do it so I could check my work and see where I messed it up. Also, will the ect signal not working cause an idle issue? I did the 2 wire conversion on the IACV and it made a crazy good difference but it still has a low idle/stalling issue. Runs well under acceleration though. 2- My condenser fan will not come on with the a/c. The compressor works and the system is charged. I thought maybe I could use the old stock ecu for this also(?). I'm really getting stuck and frustrated as there isn't a whole lot of definite and useful info on doing this motor swap correctly in my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
