New member from tampa fl.... Customizing accord sedan need help lol

Thank-you. I did paint the housing black. I had an hid kit for awhile and it's okay. I did a retrofit on my head so now they have projectors and I can see eveything at night. This mod can be a little spendy but well worth it. If you're on Instagram check out sd_retrofits

    Richard's '02 V6 Coupe EX-L

Re: Sil2DrV6's 2002 Accord Coupe EX-L V6 Looks very nice. I had that part on my sedan plastidipped before but since it's black you can't really see it lol. Interested to see how it would look on a lighter color. Car looks amazing as always. Still in love with the black housing design you chose...

    RR's '99 coupe EX-L

Re: RR's 3.2L '99 EX-L Coupe 6MT As if your car wasn't perfect enough. Small details really make a car. I snagged a stock lip of a 94-95 accord and I modified it to work as they call it "spats" on my 97 impreza wagon. Looks just like the Jdm version that costs $250 when mine only cost $15

    Jordan_H's 98 Accord Sedan EX (56k)

I'm not too worried about beating up a lip. They're fairly cheap and if theyre pretty durable depending on material. I would just swap hood and bumper.

Thank-you! It really does make the difference I was looking for. I honestly didn't think anyone I knew would notice the change without me telling them but quite a few did notice and they like them a lot. Right now im debating on the 01-02 coupe front end with OEM front lip.

Noob here, what the difference between accords with vtec vs. ulev valve covers

Ulev means ultra low emissions vehicle and I believe there's not really a horsepower difference. I believe they're the same but the f23a4 might be slightly less

Go ahead and post what you bought it for. I don't walk into target arguing about price because I know they paid less for it. It's just a matter of business. If it really is 9,000 miles Id feel bad driving it lol. Also in for some pics and welcome to 6ga

I prefer lip kits. They look better and a lot of body kits never fit quite right. Welcome to the site. Looking forward to seeing your sedan

What'd you do to your accord today?

Id remove the old and add padding to the new leather that way it has an OEM look. Plus it your old material starts to come over the insert then your new material is going with it. Better to just start fresh and it's about the same amount of work anyways

What'd you do to your accord today?

I'm still waiting for my rear door panels to get done. It's costing me nothing so I can't complain on the wait time. I'm guessing you got red perforated leather like you were talking about?

    What do you hit?

When I changed my oil the the other day I noticed even my drain plug was scraped lol. Jack points weren't too bad. My header and flex pipe were already pretty beat up for only being on 3 months. My oil pan is probably messed up from when my fender to ground was less than 23 inches when I had cut...

What'd you do to your accord today?

Washed the accord today. It's looking good but still a ton I want to do to this car. I'll never get rid of this car by choice. I don't think I'll ever have such an attachment to another car like I do this one.

    Saying herroooo...

I don't have traction control on my accord but there should defintely be a switch for it. When the TCS kicks in on in the dodge magnum I drive sometimes a light on the dash will show. I have no idea of the accords do that but I member that TCS should be able to tell you, but im with Chris about...

Picked up 01-02 sideskirts. Like the look a lot better. Need to put the door panels back in because the rears are finished. Going to try and pull some black tl seat belts this week. Still can't find any front seats but I found a black leather TSX backseat and idk if I want to pick that up for...

    What do you hit?

I'll be making a skid plate sometime soon. It will be super easy once we get our car lift up. I'm going to 1/4 aluminum. Light weight and doesn't throw sparks

    What do you hit?

It's hanging in there lol Most the time speed bumps are avoidable but some driveways..... I live out in the country so they're gravel and really long. I take a different car to college because they have three huge bumps that I can't avoid and everyone would gather 'round when I drove my car there.

    What do you hit?

Probably my header or oil pan
