If your wanting to swap headrests it's going to look slightly odd because the seats are shaped differently therefore the headrests don't really contour the sedan seats very nicely.     I think I still have my stock 4cyl sedan exhaust not 100% sure but your welcome to borrow it to get it signed off but you have to make the drive though. I don't have a stock cat though. :p

    Well just to throw it out there, removing power steering doesn't improve drive-ability. Most pro auto-x, grip, drift, and even drag cars have p/s whether it be pump or electric driven. If your trying to reduce engine drag, your not going to see any noticeable gains. You might as well get rid...

    I suggest you remove your power steering belt and drive your car like that for a week. It may not be too bad with oem wheels but let me tell you that **** gets annoying.

    I believe by law (at least here in CA) you have to give them a chance to fix the problem before you can charge/sue them and take it to someone else to have it fixed correctly.

    As far as the primary sensor being a "wideband" sensor, the answer is yes. Hence why it's so damn expensive to replace.

    Bad Axle?

    My GF's car would make a metal on metal grind noise. I checked the brakes and they were fine. It ended up being a fried half shaft bearing. Just a thought.
