If you're just bolting up wheels to your car, you wont need extended studs regardless of offset. But when you start to add on spacers, after about 5mm, you'll need extended studs.

True, i started with 17x9 +35 and moved to 18x10 +25 with a camber kit. Got pretty aquainted with the inside of my fender wells and coils.

If you've never attempted any sort of fitment on your accord yet, i wouldnt get the 18x10's regardless of offset.

    Santasdoom's 99 4cyl sedan

Not a bad start, white sedans are always cool. Looks like you're considering lowering it and the rest of the people that see this thread will tell you to do so. Research around for different kits/springs/coilovers that interest you or you can refer to the Suspension Thread recently created by...

Does Anyone have any nice lug nuts for sale? (Work, Volk, Project Kics, etc)

Looking for some lug nuts to keep my new wheels safe. Obviously i'm looking for something a little more high class than your normal everyday spline drive lugs. Just wondering if anyone has any laying around that they would be willing to sell before i buy a brand new set. Thanks all!

    FF Type 1s comfort

What you're feeling isnt "bouncy". You're car is now responding to bumps and grades in the road because you arent on stock suspension. It's stiffer, less forgiving. But shouldnt feel harsh. It's not a caddy man.

Nah man, i used to think road noise would be a big issue with more affordable tires but i really dont think it is. As long as you stay away from the brands that no one has ever heard of you should be fine.

I think tirerack is kind of a rip off. You dont really need any special tires. Nankang nsII are really cheap and good tires, i ran them in 215/40/18

Why not just go with 215/40? 35's are kinda small

    Tires that run small (width-wise)

It's funny you guys dog on Hankook, I've had Hankook V2's 215/45/17 stretched on my old 17x9 xxr's and i'm thoroughly impressed with how they've held up since i first got them stretched. Never a bubble, unbead incident, leak, etc over the whole year i've had them. (Even though for alot of that i...

Just take an exacto(?) knife and run it parrallel to the fender arch and cut off like the first 3 inches from where the liner is attached to the fender. The picture above is an example of like 5-6 inches cut away. Whatever makes it so you dont rub.. but i wouldnt recommend cutting it all out.
