    Shlt that's what you were talkin about? Don't even worry about that. That just means your offset is too far negative or rims are too wide. Being low you don't have much room back in there.

    Check it all out if your seals for the bulbs are out replace them. As for the water that's alredy in there your going to have to use the baking trick and reseal it.

    Ratting / whining sound would be the throw out bearing It's time to replace all that stuff Clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, & throw out bearing It should be right around $100-300 for parts n another $200-400 labor
