    Sorry man, Im not a fan. Take the vinyl off and try again with a heat gun. You NEED a heat gun for it to turn out correctly.

    Re: What did you do today Detailing related? So I finished up my wheels this weekend. Also fixed a fitment issue with a side skirt, and painted the tops of the hood brackets since you can see them with the spacers in there. I used Klasse on my CF hood, took some of the white oxidation away...

    I was able to get all the brakes and wheels taken care of before a big first date. I also got to drive a little bit in my Dad's new toy...needless to say I enjoy it more than the Accord lol. BTW, the date went great.

    Finished polishing up my wheels, replaced 2 wheel studs, put the bbk back on, and put the wheels on. Cleaned the interior, exterior comes tomorrow. All in prep for a first date lol

    Those prices have been the reg here on the west coast for a while (for 93 octane its usually 4.15-4.30) But I commend your wallet on filling up, I only get 10-20 at a time lol

    Yeah, I did various parts for the interior and engine covers for the j30 at one point. I dont have anything left in hand though, I ended up selling off most of it.

    I completely re-did the wiring at the connectors for my "swap magic" module. Found one wire on the engine side of the harness that was so loose I didnt need to loosen the connector :/ Removed all the nasty electrical tape and replaced with shrink tubing and shortened about half the wires so...

    Re: What did you do today Detailing related? Same process as before. The brake dust is just heavy on the inner barrel and back side of the wheel face. I used some water + simple green + wire brush on the other wheels and they turned out good. I need tp figure out how to get the plasti-dip...

    As the title says, for sale are two (left and right) rear tan leather inserts for a coupe. The surfaces are in good condition, theres a small cut thats on the surface that sits against the door. Asking $40.00 + s/h, O.B.O.

    Got mine today, thanks! It seems the previous owner plasti-dipped it, and its worn off making it obvious that its been plasti-dipped. I spent some time trying to remove it today, but I have a feeling its going to take forever. Good thing this is a project for winter time.... Thanks again...

    I just did the center bar, still matches the outer tails. I can still send you the rotor, I've been meaning to PM you about it. I'll do that right now.

    3-4 coats of VHT nite-shades red spray, followed by a layer of 2 coats of Duplicolor clear engine enamel. Theres one place where I over sprayed with the clear, creating a snake skin type effect. So it looks like I'll be sanding down and re-clearing at some point.

    I "redded out" my center bar of my tail lights. I think it looks cleaners since I dont have reverse lights anymore.. After pic sorta sucks but you get the idea.

    Exactly. I plan to use a universal kit. I almost bought a kit this winter, but didn't because I didn't want any janky switches in the dash.

    Re: What did you do today Detailing related? Ah probably wont get a powerball....I rather things done by hand, its like a craft I've managed to get better at over the years. Aren't powerballs for cleaning anyways, and not polishing?
