OR does not visual inspection, and they do an on board diagnostics scan for a MIL on vehicles newer than 96, older vehicles get a tailpipe test, then even older vehicles get no test. That for only 2 counties in the entire state, the rest of the state has no smog...

    I think its too short...the filter hits the battery. You could easily add an extension though.
