Thanks!! I really dig your cutoff btw. My cutoff needs some help. Mainly I just need to raise the passenger side.

These are the bulbs I got, crazy bright, not blue, just white with a hint of blue, but the TSX projectors make them look so nice from far away. I'm so happy, and today is my bday.

I guess I'm 127? lol Pictures of HID don't do justice or else I'd provide pics of the 85122CX $220 bulbs. I got them in the mail today and put them on tonight before hitting the town... only 100 lumens less output than 85122s but rated at 5000k. :hihi: I used to have TYCs with McCulloch 6000k...

    Retrofit issues

It's been raining here today and when not raining it's been humid, and so far no fogging. :D Looks like the 7/64 drill bit holes may have worked. If any fogging arises though, Changaroo, I'd prob sell the headlights for $150 shipped. I've had them on not even a week yet, and I paid twice as...

    Retrofit issues

Hey thanks, Eric. :) I really like the amber strip again. I'm hoping what I did to fix the moisture worked or else I may have to actually scrap these already and purchase another set that I have the money for... That's the other set I'm gonna purchase if the moisture comes back. It's...

    Retrofit issues

Oh ok, yeah I have a nice harness already and Denso slims and soon-to-be 85122CX bulbs, so all I would need are the headlights. Don't hold them from sale for me though, feel free to sell to other buyers. I don't call dibs then flake. Right now it's 50/50 whether I'll buy them from you or not...

    Retrofit issues

I commented on your FS thread. I may be looking for new retros if resealing or drilling holes doesn't work. All I would need are the headlights though, not ballasts or bulbs or harness.

Okay, so I purchased some 85122CX Philips Crystal Vision 5000k bulbs, so we shall see. About the ventilation... I think you're right. It's just moisture on the inside front of the headlight, and it's driving me insane, because you can't tell it's even blackhoused anymore. It's also taking...

Ultinon bulbs lose 1,000 lumens of output though. That's almost 30% light lost. I'm still looking to save output but provide pure white color.

    Retrofit issues

Oh sorry Brad, I misunderstood. No wonder my lights seem yellow. I'm thinking I won't have the patience to wait for the colorshift, so I'm going to purchase some 85123 or 85122cm bulbs or maybe Crystal Vision whichever is cheapest, so I can only lose 9% of light output but significantly change...

    Retrofit issues

I didn't make the retrofits, so everything was pre-made, so I don't know why the alignment is off when Corey ran these on his car for a couple years. Looks like some sort of yellow molding compound was used. I can take pictures later on. I owe you all some pics anyway. ;) Shoot, I always...

    Retrofit issues

I bought them from Corey (accord23) on V6P back in October. They're nice looking and very sleek and simple, but there's just these slight issues I'm dealing with. I don't know anything about making them, so that's why I bought them, and I don't really wanna have to take them apart, because it...

    Retrofit issues

Finally put the retros in yesterday, and they look superb!! Did some wire splicing and cutting and had to push the wiper fluid reservoir to the side more to fit them. It started to rain yesterday, and I was so happy to use them in the rain, and I could finally see. lol But then I got home, and I...

I don't think the eyes are that out of focus... I think it's just cause I have 3 AF points and her face wasn't on the AF point exactly right. Didn't feel like doing MF really. I didn't do much post-processing, just used this photoshop plug-in called portraiture to smooth skin and enhance...

The ABR800 wasn't that expensive really... $400. I'd recommend it... it's extremely powerful and can be stopped down a lot and it has a camera holder and tripod connector and lightstand connecter and comes with a mini diffuser and a floor bracket. Oh and Eric, I won't have the Accord down there...

Yeah I didn't like the halo shadow too much either, so I did get her farther away from it later, as far as I could actually, cause it's just a painted wall and there's a white middle wooden thing that goes around the room, so I didn't want that in the picture. Here's one a tad farther away...
