    Basically because the whole motor is going to be new and I want it to be completely fresh. I am repainting the car and redoing the upholstery so I just want everything to be as new as can be. Nothing against a used one..

    please help g23 g22 swap

    The H22 swap is boring and not near as effective as the G23. For one the H22 block is weak compared to the iron sleeved F23A1 block. Much better block with the best of the DOHC. Serious torque and tons of HP when boosted. You can have the H22 swap..

    Don't trip off the small stuff, get your car dialed in the way that makes you happy and chill. Don't feed into the BS. There are very few cars that I see that I like, it's all personal preference!
