    Retarded air intake screw

    Ok got an air intake trying to put it on my car, when I take a look at the screw to remove the stock intake from the manifold it's completely rusted and looks stripped. Just curious if the screw is a phillips head that's just stripped out and rusted or maybe I'm missing something to remove this...
