Intake will need a different coupler since 3.2 TB is a little bigger, or use an intake meant for the motor. Headers are interchangeable, at least the exhaust manifolds are. These mods alone don’t make enough of a difference to need a management system, just reflash the ECU and it will make any adjustment needed in this case.

What JDM car has a J32a2?

How would you reflash an stock ECU?

Gotcha. Didn’t think there was an actual JDM J32a2.

There isn't. There is a J32A that is more or less the equivalent of the automatic transmission J32A2 over here, but it's stamped "J32A". In fact, if you buy an Acura/Honda engine advertised as JDM but it ends in a number, there's a pretty good chance you got screwed. It's likely another high-mileage US engine.

Disconnect your battery for a bit, make sure all the current is drawn out of the system. Then reconnect and drive, and the ECU will make any adjustments...but like I said, it would be small since bolt ons don't do a lot.

Otherwise known as a 'street tune' ;)

ALL DONE !!!:happy107:

Picked up early this morning, ugly day for a decent photoshoot, but managed to grab some quick pics. Car drives very very nice. Love being able to cruise in 6th gear on the highway, car becomes a different animal above 5000 RPM :devilfinger:

Some pics ... yes, I know I need to clean the winter floor mats ...

OP, just curious: I'm getting my IM ordered now, but I'm a little stumped on one thing. On the acura IM cover, there is also an actuator bypass valve that is pictured as well, but it is not included on the parts diagram for the 2008 honda cover. It is also not pictured in either parts assembly for the intake manifold itself. Is that a necessary piece?
