ok guys don't start talking crap to me about searching the site if there is a post like that ... i don't need it, save it for your self.....i have a 4banger thus i have a single exhaust out...i had a question...instead of putting a new exhaust, which will be bigger than the stock...would it make sense to put a stock v6 exhaust on a 4banger making it a dual out exhaust but stock ( not as big as aftermarket).....just wondering if it makes sense and if it is worth it...personally i like the dual exhaust look a lot more however if it is not worth it and just stupid let me know....thanks guys i appreciate all the input you guys can give

that is if u like the look of the two exhaust...its still gonna be one piping from the cat but then split two ways towards the muffler and out to the two exhaust...i had a friend with a civic that had it done like that...i dont kno if its true but correct me if im wrong....but isnt the two exhaust thing would bog down our 4 bangers vs the power of the v6.....iono..i think i read that somewhere

You'll lose a lot of back pressure and thus losing a lot of low end torque. Not sure if you want that..

yes, us 4 bangers will lose back pressure...not good. some say we dont even have torque to lose to begin with, but we're losing back pressure for sure....

and im not talking crap about how you should search, but the fact is, there are many threads covered this. you can ask questions, but we werent going to give you crap either. so maybe you can be nicer next time.

First of all DirtyRussian..don't come on this site and start talking like you're an O.G. "Don't give me crap about searching." You know what, respect is earned, not given. Now, may you be knowledgeable and have something to offer, sure. But don't come on here acting like you're the man and you're not gonna take sh!t when people tell you to search. It's rather easy to search. Here, I'll walk you through it.

1) Look for the "search" icon
2) Click it (small window pops down where you "enter text here")
3) Type in keywords
4) Voila!

This topic, as nexTOme has already said, has been covered numerous times. He was nice enough to even link you to all 6 threads about it.

Now, if you would have searched for it, what would have happened? You would have gotten the answer much quicker and saved making yourself look like an :asshole:

Sorry for the rant..but seriously.

"i'm a badass and don't need to search so just answer my noob *** question."

please do not come onto 6thgen with that type of attitude. we are a very open and accepting community. most of us are like family. we don't mind answering questions, but please don't act like you know everything and then ask questions.
