why would you rather have regular fogs over leds? leds would be brighter. or is it just bc of the price

be like it is
i highly doubt these are brighter than halogen fogs, for a couple reasons...the leds used are just average and not superbrights or especially not luxeons. also, there probably isnt adequate cooling for them, so while rated at 100,000 hours, probably last much less time than that.

also most likely made in china so id definitely stay away.

just look at the dimness in this pic...the lower left pic's corner is very dim, and the spread is just horrendous

no way 20 leds at 2 watts are brighter than a halogen fog light. plus they look ricey imo, but its your money.

Yeah I'd stay away from those. They will definitely not be brighter than halogen fogs.

I cant help but notice your real into LED's. Just a piece of advice, don't rely on these (or any) LED's to help you see at night, for all the reasons Ryan said above:

~Not high wattage LEDS
~No adequate cooling
~MADE IN CHINA

The guys at Autolumination even say that their BRIGHTEST 5W led headlamp bulb is for off road/show use only because the output doesn't compare to halogen or HID. And they know their shyt.
