They should come with 2 nuts that you can thread onto the shifter if you want it not as low.
I might just adjust my short shifter though if it's too low. I don't think I'd be comfortable with the knob on like half of the threads lol.

From the knob description on his site:
" Height adjustable for 10x1.5 and 10x1.25 shift levers."

what he just told me on fb as well:

Yes they all come with 2 jam nuts and a lock washer for raising the height up if wanted.
