01 Civic Fog Light Wiring Help

Ok, I know Juicebox has done a 01 civic fog DIY, a pretty extensive one, and there are some others scattered around the internet (i have looked at most). I understand most concepts except one part specifically. When juicebox splices in pic 1 and 2, is he splicing the red battery (+) from the fuse to the red wire running into the relay in on pic 3. Or should I just run that battery (+) in fact to the battery? I wiring so it will just work with switch BTW. It's just that my harness looks a tad bit different. Thanks in advance

There is different harnesses that come with them...the most latest versions i believe come with this harness.

You DO NOT have to splice anything, its just plug and play mostly.
