Whoever told you that is obviously not familiar with hondas, UNLESS they meant you can't swap a 5spd with the v6.

Nothing is impossible, even with these cars. It’s just they make almost everything more difficult.

I've never bothered to look in to it, but what 5spd works with the v6?

I guess the I4 and maybe Prelude?

No, there are no manual 5spd MT’s that bolt up to a J. Only 5spds that will work are 5spd autos.

I didn't think so either, but when you come with a counter like that, I gets to thinking perhaps there is a small light at the end of the tunnel for someone so inclined. :thumbsup:
