Re: j35 swap

if $600 for a complete engine out of a 6 year old vehicle with below-average mileage is questionable to you, what's the "jump on it" price? $200? Free? $5? $92.36?

Re: j35 swap

J35 is dead.... J36 is the way to go :) besides, you'll want to swap a built engine, not just a stocked. The milage doesn't really matter, just make sure all mounts are still intact, and find out where the impace to the car was...

Re: j35 swap

Eh....average price. The J32 cost me ~$450 with 60k, just to give you some perspective.

Ask a LOT of questions...you don't know how long that motor has been sitting...it could be seized up for all you know.

And I agree, focus on one thing at a time....you're well on your way to being the next claybird.

SeanXtec's answer was very helpful imo. I wonder why you think people will help you when you are just an a$$ to them? I guess your rep speaks for itself, huh?
