Re: dcmystery21's 2000 Accord Coupe (56k=nope)

The car is totaled. I was given a detailed estimate of 4.6k which I told the insurance co, and they still said they could fix it. I told them to call the body shop to clarify and apparently something else popped up that raised the price again, so the insurance co called me back and said they were going to total it. They said they will give me 5.6k for the car with the option to buy it back for 800. Im going to talk them up to 6k due to the condition of the car. I am now looking for a RSX/S2000. Another accord is not likely, but still a possibility.

How much are you willing to spend on a s2k ? I've seen some pretty nice low mileage ones around here for 10 to 12 thousand.

RSX-S's are sweet. A good friend of mine has one. One problem that most run into though is trouble getting low enough on coilovers because of the oem tie rods. Just to give you a heads up.
