yes, you definately feel a difference. the acceleration difference is better as in it feels like it wants to move. It's similar to a change in spark plugs and wires. Also, when you touch the gas pedal, you notice slightly quicker response, especially during downshifting. When upshifting, you feel alot smoother shifts into the next gear. Gas mileage is supposed to increase possibly 1-2 miles per gallon more. I havent really kept track of mine, its hard to. I use regular unleaded 87 octane, nothing higher. oh and my car has 128,000 miles now.

How about changing your spark plugs after?
o crap i always thought your suppose to have the seafoam suck up the tube thats right above the "T" where it says vtec on the engine. cuz thats what i read in another thread and ive been doing that the whole time.
