4cyl engine swaps

So, i see alot of threads about H22 swaps and F23 turbo builds.

Has anyone ever swapped one of the common civic swaps(K20/B16/etc)? Or is the F23 just as good for building power??

A civic's motor (B-series) wouldn't work in an Accord.
The B-series doesn't produce enough torque to move the Accord
The mots common (and best) swap for a 4cyl accord is an H-series, or boost the F23

a B16 is a 1.6liter engine, we need a 2.2-2.3 liter engine at least to move our cars. I haven't heard of anyone doing a K24 swap, that would be the swap to try if your trying to be different. Its not cheap, but it would be a first for a 6th gen accord. There is a local guy out here in AZ that has the hasport 5th gen accord with a K swap, that is the only K swap that I'm aware of that exist in an accord. Do an H23,H22, or G23 swap, or build your current motor for boost.

Best way is to boost the F23...H series swap will be as much as the turbo kit for itself... in the end.. best bang for the buck would be to boost...

yea, hasport makes the motor mounts only for the 5th gen k-series swap too.

do a k24 swap with a k20 head, haha, thatd be sweet.

yeah man just stick with an H22 or turbo f23, those are ur two best options
