When doing the 5-lug swap, do you need to swap the brake lines too? I have a 4-cyl EX-L sedan with 4-wheel-disc.

If you already have rear disc brakes, you should be fine. Depending on how long they've been on the car it wouldn't be a bad idea to pick up some new ones, though.

Rear brake setup remains, just the rotor gets swapped. Front, all you need is calipers, pads and rotors I believe. and obviously the hubs all the way around.

OEM Parts Needed - This DIY applies to those with rear drums only...OEM or Aftermarket rear disc brake lines...

so, no, if you already have rear disc brakes, you're fine.

since you're swapping the front calipers and need to bleed the brakes anyway though, i would suggest braided stainless steel lines while you're doing them, they're definitely worth it.
