5mm spacers

Those spacers should be fine, just remember to that when you are torquing your wheels down that the spacers have no space in between the rim and the rotors and also make sure there is no free play

Those are going to fit, but they're going to be sloppy. You should be able to pick those up from any o'reilly auto parts, pep boys, or auto zone. Really any auto parts store should have them.

yea some guy told me to check autozone. he had 4 lugs and they fit his perfect well. i have 5 so i went and looked if they had 5 and they did and they were entirely to damn big. went over the hub. so i just got these off of ebay and these are decent.. put on today and are working good so far knock on wood.! hopefully they will be good.. should be at least!
