Shouldn't we try to help those people instead of banning them for a week. I think that would just cause them to be pissed. I joined this forum because of the friendliness and I don't think this would send out a message of friendliness.

We'll if you joined to make interweb friends, thats cool. But I'm talking about posts that are useless (I'm guilty of such) and don't do much but take up bandwidth.

If someone is legit / needs help, theres nothing wrong with it. But if theyre being a smart *** about it then I would think otherwise...

Sure it will piss them off, but I think if nothings done about it, theyre just going to continue on making useless posts and piss people off.
