Hey guys I have a 2000 coupe with an f23 V-tec engine it is a 5 spd but 5th has been growling hard since I got it I'm in fear that it's about to go it but I'd love to make it a 6 spd I was wondering if anyone knew of a tranny that would mount up to my engine maybe even if I need a kit any knowledge helps thanks guys!!!!!!!

K series is a 6 speed but the chances of you getting that to work is slim to none. If you did get it to work then it honestly wouldn't reall be worth it. A rebuild of your transmission would probably be easy, or find another one. S2000 has an F series but I'm pretty sure that tranny would not bolt to your f23 and that car is also rwd so it would be pretty different.

Have you tried replacing the manual transmission fluid?

Yes I have I'm almost positive the syncronizer is out you can double clutch it and wait a long time and it will slide right into gear..
