6th gen stock H/U into 5th gen accord?

Hey guys, I have an old 5th gen accord with an alpine H/U in it, and i wanted to put it in my 6th gen. Does anyone know if the 6th gen will go right into the 5th gen? Thanks.

post a pic of it... is it dual din? if not then you'll prolly just need a dash kit but it should work.. it's aftermarket so I dont see why it wouldnt

you mean you want to put in the stock radio of your 6thgen into your 5th gen if yes the mounting brackets are diff. but i think it should fit would the mounting brackets line up on to the head units idk....if not and you talking aftermarket then yea it should fit or you might need the dash kit to make it fit

i have no clue if theyll swap...it would all depend if the harness coming out of the car was the same. honda uses the same plug for all their older cars, but the wiring might be changed a little...i dont know.

might as well try it and see what happens...
