Just wanted to let you guys know that the closest Marriott Property that is offering my discount to Front Royal, VA is at the Dulles airport, about 40mi from the meet. Cost for the room would be $19.50 per person.
I need to know ASAP if people are interested!!

im not gonna quote everything required for this post but i was more or less in a insomnia induced stupor when i was typing that so disregard anything that sounded either stupid or irrelevant to the meet in that post i made
what i meant is that from the time we start to the time we finish its a good many miles and a little chunk of time. that whole part about me driving is just random bs that starts showing up when i havent had a whole lot of sleep

I'll do the same but it all has to do with the hotels occupancy. If they're over 80% they wont offer it. There were more hotels a few weeks ago, which tells me their occupancy went up.
Yep that's true but I've seen many places open back the offer last 2nd to sell a few rooms I get lucky at times. We could just drive back in the Metro DC/MD area to crash I can always get rooms around town so we could do that also but we will see what happens because you don't want to stay 40 miles awat next to Dulles airport I will find something else.

I checked on like hotels.com and stuff and there are a few places in Front Royal for $65/night, might just be easier to go that route too. Like call the whole tell and ask for them to reserve 3-4 rooms next to each other, and then everyone can make their own arrangements

so whats the food and drink situation? Do we bring our own stuff or should I bring more to share with others? I know I'll be bringin some beer, maybe liquor. I also know I'll be bring some luch meat or some real meat for the grill if they have grills there. Let me know what I should bring. I am so down for this.
