I just ordered some white leds tonight. I didn't even think of looking at the newer accords for reference. I was going for something stockish, but updated. I did the blue on my talon like 4-5 years ago when it was a new idea, it was cool, looked good, but i'd find it tacky now. Hopefully it works well. I took out my guage cluster for fun, experimented a bit. I had a blue 194 bulb, looked like i excpected. But then i had a white led flashlight, looked real good. I'll post pics in a week or so when i get everything.

how can u do an LED conversion?
Here is my little thread on what i did- http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2642

It assumes you have an idea of how to do everything though.

So look at ledautomotive.com. Not only does it give you instructions for every possible interior light you can swap to led, but you can buy complete kits as well. But buying led's elsewhere is cheaper, but you need to know what you need, etc.

what about the steering wheel..I want a different one but I still want the controls on the wheel..wonder if you could retro them

the only one worth doing besides going aftermarket would be the TL/CL-S or MDX steering wheels.. heres my 03 TL-S wheel

these feel x10 better than the stock ones.. their thicker and the perforated leather feels nice.. espeically on long drives

For some reason all this red reminds me of the opening sequence of "Gone In 60 Seconds" although I'm not sure why (and I haven't seen that movie in a couple years either, so I could be wrong)

^ You want the fronts or the rears?

Sonnick - could always try it out and see if it works.

I'd want the fronts. They feel soooo nice! I did a sat radio hardwire in a 7th Gen Coupe, the seats really hold you in!

White works, you just need to remove the filters.

true but the process of removing the filter is hard work and it could cause your needles to not function properly.. you need to remove all 4 needles and pry the oem faceplate off the cluster and use cotton swabs with rubbing alcohol to remove the color filters
