its a completely different engine, its what makes it a custom engine swap.

So it's different from the 97-01 h22?.. I guess my question is.. will a 95 h22 fit in my 2000 accord.. or does it have to be a later model h22 from a later model prelude.

Think it has something to do with obd1 and obd2 sensors and such.

Will it fit? Yes.

Will it work? Technically, yes.

Will you run into issues? Yes. That's an older OBD1 engine. The newer(96/97+) -AND- our CGs are OBD2. It can be done but Id hold off for an OBD2 swap.

yes it will. i have that h22a. opt for the h23 lsd tranny, its worth it IMO. you'll also need new motor mounts, i got the innovative ones. car shakes, but thats cuz the power has to be transferred.
thats pretty expensive though, i got my h22 swap and an AT to MT swap for the cost of that motor.
