Hey everyone. Just joined up cause I I just bought an accord with some issues.

Its a 96 ex coupe with a h22 swap, picked it up for $400 cause the guy didn't wanna deal with it anymore.

Anyway, it runs, it drives, but the alternator isn't charging. Ive taken the alt in and had it tested and it came back good, Ive checked all the fuses and they seem fine. So I'm assuming its gotta be in the wiring somewhere. Can anyone help me figure this out? Would like to get this up as my daily soon.

Any help is appreciated :)

This is a 98-02 accord forum, but I'll see if I can provide any help. If the alternator was not doing its job, you would not get far. You would go as far as your battery would allow you. Do you have a multimeter?

There should be a power leed off of the front of the alternator with a wire bolted down to it. Get a volt meter and measure voltage there with the car running. Then measure battery voltage.
