There was a time, when I would've turbocharge that in heartbeat.
Get a Chipped 28P on Crome or Hondata.Get some ebay 500-600cc injectors. A log manifold. A Ebay $89 turbocharger. A $40 BOV + wastegate ebay set, 1 bar spring. Test pipe. Simple as can be. Sandwich the oil filter oil source.
Do it like the late 80's Lotus Espirit...no intercooler.
Fast. At least 13-14 second 1/4 times on stock fuel pump. Around 200 whp on a dyno.
Honda reliable.
Tested method of home DIY induction.
