ABS light comes on and Climate Control goes off?!?!?!

I have a 99 sedan with a 2.3 vtec...randomly the ABS light will come and as soon as it does all power to the climate control including power to the blower motor shuts off. Then the light will go off and the fan comes back on...has anybody ever seen this before?? any help would be appreciated.

Check your alternater ...happened to me and my ABS light came on however after a change of alternater all is good ,may seem like its all good but it is highly the alternater i even checked with the volt meter before the alternater swap and it seemed fine but its an intermitten power failure so yea.
