AC Air Circulation Motor?where in accord 1999?

yesteraday,,after the shutter for the fresh air has been closed,,i turned the Air Control Valve on the fire wall completely off,, but i again feel hot air coming out from vents,we cannt say that its blowing out,,but there is hot air,,,and AC takes too much time to get cold,,, shud i open the heater Air Control valve on the fire wall? i just want the heater to not to work and want the outside fresh air to not to come into the car...?

i have closed the Air control heater valve,the air is cold now,,,and the heater shutter has been closed ,,,the fresh air is not coming through the vents,,,, now i wana learn about the MODE control,,caz the AC vents are not blowing the air like they shud be,,,, the outer AC vents are blowing enough air,,but the center ones are too slow,,,how to change the mode of AC? caz the AC Mode motor under the dash is also not working,,any advise please?
