I tried, just got to bid on them on ebay with confidence (arrogance?). I was going to start selling them for profit but overall they would be cheaper then what people usually pay. Working on getting a partial sponsorship with Comptech.

Nice, then definately keep me posted. You already know what type of plans I had. Hope things work out with you and Comptech!

where can i get some motor mounts like those???

innovativemounts.com but theres a groupbuy on the acurazine.com through excelerate. Just get the 3.2 AT mounts they're the same thing.

That trap speed is good for mid-ish to high 13s!

If I get some mods on mah 7th gen we might have to go at it :squintfinger:

But I'm in NY.. :coffee:

Mind you that was in 90deg weather, humidity (Gatorade was $3 a bottle :( thats how hot/humid it was).

If I had slicks or at least non worn out drag radials cough*cough* I could get mid 13's. We'll see what I can get in Jan. Plus i've raced the new 7th gens with 244hp and they are pretty quick just not quick enough ;) Im just glad you have a decent V6 now to play with and not your delusionally quick F23 :p wasn't even a G23 build :chucklesfawk:
Honestly with how traction is going and the possibilty of breaking something upon hooking up im just glad to race for trap speed measurements. Not saying that traps mean everything just a good deal when it comes to our cars.

sweet car man...im working on building a similar setup right now...

I guess we'll be taking after each other, where now that your done with aesthetics you'll work on performance while the opposite will be true for me.

Having all performance and no luxury is no fun and same goes for the opposite scenario, I suppose thats why you stripped your interior ;)

What kind of setup are you going with? :)

I recomend you get the whole powertrain together, miscalneous parts will be a substantial portion of your budget. The whole powertrain is about 4K, but call around some junkyards here in LA, I think Sean and I noticed one for around 3K. Choose which bolt-ons you want to get. Aftermarket flywheel is one that can save you a lot of labor if you do it at the right time.

Getting the 03 CLS 6spd powertrain together also means you dont have to convert some mechanical and electrical stuff over from the auto 3.2 TLS motor like I had to do.
