I have researched a little and found it will lower the torgue curve but aside from that was kind of advantages will it yield? Thanks guys.

^+1 im also curious of this, i might be doing j35 injectors so i might as well to IM/Tb
Nothing.
The entire Top End of the J30A1 is too small to flow the increased volume of air you will put in with the J35 I/M. You have to do the entire Top End to get any benefit, and you should port and polish all of it also. Including a Throttle Body bore.
Even then, you will only yield about 210WHP, 170WTQ after it is TUNED. It will pull really good thru Vtec, though.
