There are a couple of shots I think would have looked good in colour, but the B/W theme just works so well with the car and the locations.

AT-1, full manual. I was shooting with a 1.4 nifty fifty and a tamron zoom
Not sure I would have taken a shot so close to the tracks with an Amtrak train going by........
Really like the shots though, and I think the B/W actually makes it that much more of a great shoot.
BTW, you all have mansions that are just sitting around like that!
haha, AmTrak's are some of the smoothest trains that run through town (compared to the cargo ones GM uses) and there are never a lot of cars so that keeps it nice and calm, barely noticed it.
This is the south, we built ranch houses and plantation homes. Most of those mansions have been torn down (that one is getting leveled so the Cowboys can have an extra parking lot) but we have more than our share considering how urban the city is.
yea, really soupy out. They would have come out a lot better if I didn't forget to adjust my ISO
I'm glad you liked the locations, always wanted to shoot these places but never had something that looks as awesome as Matt's car in the foreground

Lol I'm down to meet anytime. I just fixed the front lip so it actually looks good again lol. I had gotten really lazy with my car.
No one really knows my plans as of yet with the car. It'll become my 2nd car soon and I will gut the entire car... etc... etc... I actually bit the bullet and checked the coolant and to my surprise it is clean and clear. I also checked my internals and there is not smoke so the car isn't falling a part after all
