Alpine Headunit Issue

I noticed a problem with my Alpine deck this morning. It randomly cut off twice when I was driving, and then restarted (similar to when you start the car after having the radio on). I'm about to pick up a new unit anyways, so if it's the deck, I'm not too concerned. It seems like it could be something with the electrical system, although nothing else in the car (AC, dash, etc) shut off at the same time. If I remember correctly, both times it cut off happened while or right after I was turning.

maybe the wire harness is a little loose. or one of the wires is exposed and when you turn the harness moves just enough to make contact with the brackets holding it in place, or some other piece of metal behind there.

sounds kinda dumb but check ur battery terminals....it happened to me b4 wen i swapped my radio and it ended up being a loose terminal...

Well I pulled out the alpine last night and replaced it with a pioneer double din thanks for the help though
