okay, so when i floor my car from a dead stop, it shifts through all 4 gears just fine, but when i hit 2nd gear and nail the gas it revs high and jerks down to low rmps, its kind of like if i shifted to soon on a manual...

is this slipping?
can i fix it?

#1 Why are you flooring the car from dead stop???
#2 Try normal driving for a change and see how it shifts through the gears. Mine shifts at about 2100-2300 rpms.
#3 You're facking up your tranny even more probably if you do have an issue with it.
#4 Who told you to test the slippage by flooring it.

no one told me, i floor my car because i want to? i like the roar of my intake, pretty sure your questions are pointles..how exactly is this supposed to help me?

to everyone else- not sure if this has anything to do with the slipping, im not even sure its slipping...sometimes it feels like my throttle is acting up...
- i changed my headers about a month ago and got the code DTC P1361 not to long after, my car stalled twice..
would this cause the symptoms im having? sluggish from 2nd to 3rd..drop in rpms..a jerk when shifting but only when accelerating in 2nd.

Because flooring a known junk automatic transmission is stupid to do in the first place.

well i would get a tranny cooler, but idk if thats the problem yet.

The transmission is obviously the problem, a tranny cooler might not completely fix it, but it won't hurt anything and you might even get a few more miles out of it.

There's nothing else between the crankshaft and the wheels that has the ability to slip. Process of elimination.
