amp keeps blowing out. is it a short?

i opened the amp up. NOTHING is wrong visually. i know for a fact the terminals arent crossed. i dont have another amp to throw in but my buddy has one im gonna c if it works. its frustrating. very frustrating.

do you know how to work with an amp? i wouldn't open the amp if i was you but too late. -_-

does your power wire have a fuse in side, mine has the big fuse and u twist open and there is another fuse inside. it looks like s vile or something, try that

yes i do the last company i worked for we put systems in luxury cars. and it was all of our own amps, speakers, boxes, etc. the amps were designed by the company and i had to open up and service a few.

k well it was the amp. i have 2 of the same kind and it was the one my buddy messed up like 4 months ago. i guess it had a little something still left in it.
