I used to work in the shipping department at this warehouse and I see these kinds of thing happen all the time with UPS and especially USPS International.

The good thing about UPS is their insurance company. It only takes them about 10 business days to process claims and then they mail you a check. Also, like someone mentioned above, all their packages are guaranteed to be delivered by the delivery date or you get a full refund.

USPS has to have one of the worst customer service ever. Sometimes I dont even bother with their insurance claims (this was before we switched insurance company) since they take 3 months to process. Which is really total bs. It gets even better at the post office, especially the asian ones near my area. LOL these old ladies are the meanest of them all. They would have this grumpy mad look on their faces when I would show up with 10 huge boxes.

that's not so bad. I've had one of my packages make a cross country trip before arriving for me. It was stupid. DHL is the dumbest shipping company i've had to deal with. They lost more packages and damaged more of my items than UPS, FEDEX and USPS combined. Currently DHL still does operate, but only for international shipping.

Yea DHL is still around in some places. But eventually they will be gone. UPS actually gave them like 1 billion 6 months before they filed bankruptcy, and it didnt help

haha i had a problem with UPS and really crappy customer service.

I waited 4 weeks until the package was actually shipped, then the day it was out for delivery it read "package damaged; merchandise discarded"
Then i had to wait another week until I actually got it.
So it took about a month or so from the actual date I ordered it.

NEVER ORDER FROM www.krazykustomzonline.com !!!!!

i only use ups or usps. btw fedex is overpriced in my opinion compared to ups.

Yeah FedEx is a little more expensive but I get a discount so :p

Thats some BS wonder why it set in martinsburg for so long.

Part of the reason that happened is that FedEx Smartpost is a little weird and in my opinion is the redheaded stepchild of FedEx. I've heard that the Martinsburg Smartpost facility is half filled with a bunch of idiots.

hahahahahhaahhahhah

yes. fedex SUCKS. i hate them. unfortunately majestic honda uses them....so well see if i really get my calipers tomorrow or not, haha.

I worked for em for 5 years, sorry. More than likely it got put on the wrong truck when it was being sorted and loaded. **** happens, but they're also spending about 5x the money now to ship it back to you.

Yeah when something gets shipped to the wrong place they normally next day ship it back.

To those who just say FedEx sucks in general, I'm not saying this because I like the company because I do get treated like crap about once a week. Some of it depends on what part of FedEx ships it. There's 5 different branches that ship for FedEx. There's Custom Critical, Express, Freight, Ground and Office. Each one has it's own operating procedure and what not and Custom Critical, Ground and Office have sub divisions that work under them. One big difference between branches is that Ground is the only branch that I know of that has all their delivery and semi trucks owned by the drivers and then they are on a contract with FedEx. I also know that they each post their own financial stats and what not. A little of the delivery "experience" depends on the delivery driver. Sometimes they do have route and driver changes which can in the end affect you.

On another note I like using FedEx a little more due to the fact that they are non-union means they can fire the people that do some of the stupid things. Yeah I know that it means my job isn't as secure but whatever. I do know of people who would see that something isn't going to the right trailer and still not care. Not only does that screw the customer but it also costs a crap load to fix.

Flame if you want but that's my response to this thread

BUT i noticed that the calipers came from RI (original location), most likely thru NJ, becuase theyre in PA right now, but it says theyre out for delivery. haha, yea, well see about that

so i took daniels idea, and did the same thing, hahahaha. mines not as bad, but they literally drove RIGHT by my house....i live just off of i-78.
