Around chula vista i saw two cars fly past me going at least 130mph. I could not even tell what kind of car it was. Its ridiculous to race cars. Now a 25 year old mother is dead and her baby survived. People like this should be charged for murder not manslaughter. Any idiot who street races should atleast spend some time in prison.
