It doesn't matter ANY PAINT with flake will simply not blend in perfectly if you spray paint it on. From what my body shop told me its because when they spray a part down all of the flake is uniformly put on, you can't just spray a patch of new paint on. Here is a repair I did with Duplicolor Night hawk black pearl and it had waay too much blue flake. Thankfully it doesn't show up unless light is parallel to the repair.
I'll try to upload a DIY on how I did the repair later if I have time
The best way to get the best possible results (but never perfect) is to somehow have someone put some Honda Paint into a spray can for you ( there are places online) but it's not cheap. In my case my car was repainted by a body shop, so for me the only option would be to have the body shop 1) repaint the entire bumper or 2) ask if they can put the paint in a spray can (not sure if they do this)
