would it make any diff. if i change the fuel rail, injectors, ignition system because doesnt nitrous basically work with the fuel so wouldnt that make the fuel burn and run more freely ??

not really because the stock fuel rail and injectors are sufficient enough unless you go with like a 150 shot which would require heavy engine work.
if you get a wet kit you'll be fine because it compensates for the extra oxygen molecules by shooting in extra fuel.
as far as an ignition system, it would help burn the fuel more efficiently so nitrous or no nitrous a better ignition system helps either way.

what other major bolt-ons can i put to increase horsepower.

Like what's been stated so far, managing your fuel/ignition is your best route for nitrous. Stock Honda ignition systems (not to include newer COP setups) are robust enough to handle up to 400whp, and the stock fuel system should be fine for 200whp.

It's making sure that you get the right about of fuel and air that will make power, and keep your car reliable. Whether going with a wet injection setup, or using a form of fuel management, you'll want to be sure you have some sort of control to get the most out of it.
