I've been seeing alot of there products in stores and friends cars recently. Anyone have any info on the brand itself. Overheating,durability, etc...

never heard of them. seeing as they do not have a website, and the lower end online stores are who carries them, I would say you will probably get what you pay for, buyer beware
If you are looking for low priced good amplifiers, I would suggest crunch. made in the USA, true AB class, my "1100 watt" amp hasnt let me down, I paid $79.95 at frys. I'm using it bridged to one Kicker C12 in my coupe. I have another c12 laying around that I have been meaning to put in, but the one makes my ears ring, makes silver dollars bounce on my roof, and makes my rearview fall down, so I see no need...yet

The thing about modifying your car is that it is NOT going to be cheap. When you cheap out on things, especially if the "thing" is going to play an important role in making other "things" work, you end up messing up the cheap part AND risk other parts along with it.
