those side skirts are 01-02 OEM sides, i have the same side skirts.. and yes they do fit on the 98-00 sedans

01-02 OEM sides and mugen lip..had one before until i sold it..98-00 lip will fit the 01-02 with a little modification on the middle top part of the lip be careful though there is a possibilty of cracking the corner top part on both sides.. on the drop probably coilovers not sure
