No positives and no negatives. Its as affective as putting larger exhaust or CAI/SRI intake on our cars.

EDIT: IMO

^ man you have the wrong idea....

Light weight crank pulleys free up a good bit of power, make the engine more responsive and rev quicker.

All you need is either a stock sized light weight crank pulley or a under drive one. If you have a sound system in your car you want the stock sized crank pulley because under drive pulleys "under drive" the electrical system.

I don't have a custom system with a lot of power being drained... I only have 600 for bass and 1200 for voice.... the light weight pulley I have is smaller then the stock will it still affect my electrical

Well UR or light weight pulleys;yes are underdrive at the crank, but from what I've learn it messes with the harmonic balance of the crankshaft. That's why there is rubber bushing (feel like that sounded wrong) around the stock crank pulley. So my suggest leave the crank pulley stock all other pulleys if you want change 'em.

I'm also curious about these pulleys.

Also, how difficult are they to put on?

Ive heard HORROR stories about light weight pullies especially the crank pulley because balance throughout the crankshaft is critical but then again there is also people that have had them without a problem depending on their engine, which ones they use etc etc. Anywho that brings me to the question, is your car really that fast that give or take 10 pounds that you're going to save by using the pullies make a difference?
