Yes and no. Honda changed some things for the 01-02 models for coupes and sedans.

you need to swap trunks for the trunk lights. i believe the 01-02's are slightly longer.

the 01-02 looks a little tighter around the plate to me, that's just judging off the picture though. the key hole definitely looks like it's in a different spot though.
